If the skip bin cannot be delivered, this will be because not enough or correct information was provided about delivery. Please let us know if your North Shore driveway is steep, narrow or has any type of obstacles that may affect the delivery. There will be a call-out fee of a minimum of $50 to rural addresses, or over travelled areas will be charged more. This fee incorporates time, fuel, travel and man-hours. If the skip bin has been ordered for hire and there is a spot it can be placed, the driver will do so.
Refunds will be refunded minus the $50 call out fee.
